As our pupils are spending a considerable amount of time on the internet we invite you to read the government guidance on how to stay safe online.
Dear Parents/ Carers,
It has been wonderful seeing so many pupils joining the online lessons with their teachers and peers and collecting work packs from school; there has been some lovely pieces of work produced across all year groups. We have been very impressed with the story entries for the writing competition so far and we are looking forward to receiving more! The Alan is an African music teacher, who was a brilliant Youtube channel where he teaches about African music history and culture, instruments and rhythms.

You may know him for his famous tune “Don’t worry, be happy”. In this short but very interesting clip, he uses the audience (and you can join with the sining!) for a powerful demonstration of the pentatonic (a music scale with 5 notes per octave).
